The client is authorised by means on a non-exclusive licence to use the photos solely for the limited purposes of their own personal use.

Clients intending to use a photo for any commercial purposes, must first receive written authorisation and consent from Grant Burchill Photography prior to downloading.

Any photo to be shared on any Social media platform must use the image with the Grant Burchill Photography watermark logo.

Any Full resolution photo downloaded without the Grant Burchill Photography logo can only be used for personal printing purposes.

The Client hereby agrees that any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on grantburchillphotography.com/ and grantburchillphotography.pixieset.com/ may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Such unauthorized use includes, but is not exclusive to, copying, reproducing, republishing, modifying, uploading, transmitting, or distributing any of such materials without the prior written consent of grantburchillphotography.com/ and grantburchillphotography.pixieset.com/

Print order fulfilment is handled by Loxley Colour.

Digital Downloads are non-refundable.
